Life and How to Live It

This marks the beginning of lucky week 13 of marathon training.  The 30K Around the Bay Road Race is this weekend in Hamilton.  Five weeks after that is the Waterloo Marathon.  At approximately 60 km, this will be my longest week of running, ever. 

One thing I noticed when I was thinking about what to do with my cross-training yesterday was my hesitance to do anything different.  At this point, I’m becoming concerned about the possibility of injury, and so I want to stick with the activities I already know, and avoid changing anything as much as I can.
